Pulverised, yellow vinyl, ltd. 200, RIPPED TO SHREDS have revealed their new sophomore album as “Luan”, directly translated as chaos in traditional Chinese. Armed with a new line-up consisting of Justin Bean of Trenchrot, Daeva on drums and Tom Warrior (Obscure Transmissions, Death Fortress, Siege Column, etc), Luan still encompasses the same deadly Hm-2 force incorporating a far more complex songwriting and at times with maze-like structures. Luan was mixed by Greg Wilkinson at Earhammer Studio (Atrament, Extremity, Necrot, etc) and mastering was done by none other than Damian Herring at Subterranean Watchtower Studio (Blood Incantation, Suffering Hour, Witch Vomit, etc).
