Metallic Blue Records, jewelcase, US IMPORT! Natal Cleft is a technical death metal band from the Philippines. These guys were influenced by band such as Metallica, Sepultura and Death. This album has top notch guitar playing with many technical progressions with tons of aggression. The rhythm section brings a huge amount of power and force with killer bass and super-fast drums. The vocals are a mix between Chuck Schuldiner (Death) with the raspier style, but then moves into a more guttural style in the vein of Chris Barnes (Cannable Corpse). This album will appeal to fans of the forementioned bands as well as Beyond Creation, Nocturnus and Vektor.
