Originating from the New York tri-state area but nowadays based in Ohio, MAXILLA was founded in 2018 by vocalist / guitarist Haley Cronin who started her musical training as a classical vocalist when she was only 7 years old. In high school she expanded her musical journey to include guitar and trained with Rob Thorne from SACRED OATH. With influences ranging from classic bands like IRON MAIDEN, METALLICA or BLACK SABBATH to more modern bands such as HALESTORM or PARAMORE (especially in regards to her vocal approach), this debut showcases an emotionally charged, powerful mixture of Heavy Metal and Hard Rock with lyrics reflecting the still present inequality of women. “Anatomy: She” is an invigorating and sentimental album with plenty of hooks and catchiness! Recommended for both Hard Rock and Heavy Metal fans alike!
