Straight out of the early 1980s Seattle/Tacoma, Washington's, Metal scene emerged HAMMER HEAD. They were a hungry, street-smart, hard-working rock outfit that developed its own sound of straight-forward, bone-breaking in-your-face and unapologetic Heavy Metal. HAMMER HEAD began to work on material for their full-length debut in 1986. The band booked time at Trial Studios in Redmond with engineers Mike Tortorello and Tom Hall. After an intense two weeks in the studio the album “Rock Forever,” was completed. The LP would be self-released in early 1987.
