Crystal was an East German heavy metal band that enjoyed its heyday between 1985 and 1989. During these years, the quartet appeared in radio productions and was a sought-after live attraction on stages across the GDR. The group disbanded in 1990: 36 years later, ALLES LÜGE, the band's first LP, is being released. It includes: Side A: a recording of a performance in Rostock in 1987 Alles Lüge Mann im Rausch Gitarrengewichse Kopf oder Zahl Side B: radio productions from 1988 in the original version, remastered Alles Lüge Bergringrennen and recorded in 2025 by the remaining original quartet Friede (g), Franky (b), Schelle (g, voc) and Funki (voc); drummer Detta sadly passed away in 2018.
